  • Proof of identity (national identity card, passport)
  • Proof of address less than six months old
  • Passport-size photo (in digital or paper format)

 

If you wish to send a passport photo in paper format: Download and send the photo-signature submission form

 

  • A medical opinion issued by an approved GP
  • Professional qualification or diploma (CAP or BAC Pro) or transcript of grades

    Log in or create an account

    Once you have logged in to your space, click on:

    • New application
    • driving licences
    • Start the Application

    Start the process
    • Choose the reason for your application: "I am applying for a driving licence to be printed",
    • Complete the details for adult/minor, professional diploma validation
    • Fill out the personal details and postal address & contact sections

    Add the photo

    There are two ways to provide your photo and signature:

    • Use an e-photo code (digitised photo + signature) obtained from an ANTS-authorised photographer
    • Mail your passport-size photo and the submission form provided at the end of the process

    Add the supporting documents

    Read the summary of the procedure
    • If an error is found in the summary, you can use the "Previous step" button.
    • If the wrong reason is selected, the only option is to delete the application and enter a new one

    Confirm the procedure

    If you are not using an e-photo code, click on "Photo signature submission form"

    This form should be returned with your passport-size photo by post

    Track its progress in your ANTS space

    Once you have logged in to your account, you can view your application in the dashboard

You can apply online to have your professional diploma validated.

 

All parts of the application are transmitted electronically: Vital records, photo, signature, and supporting documents.

 

To access this online service, all you need is an ANTS account, which you can use to carry out the necessary procedures.

To complete your request, you will need to select the reason:

  • “I am applying for a driving licence to be printed"
  • then "Validation of a professional diploma”
  • and then select the category(-ies) earned.

What document is issued when the application is completed?

For an application to validate a professional diploma, a receipt is issued for the application.

If the application does not include a photo-signature in digital format, it will also be possible to print out the photo-signature submission form once the online application has been completed.

 

What documents should I drive with while waiting for my new licence?

If your category is extended, you can continue to use your old licence.

If it is your first licence, you must wait until you receive your new driving licence.

You can track all your applications from the dashboard in your space.
