Documents to provide

Proof of identity (national identity card, passport). For French citizens with a digital identity, the single-use photo ID generated during the process from the France Identité app is accepted.
Proof of address less than six months old
Passport-size photo (in digital or paper format). If you wish to send a passport photo in paper format: download and send the photo signature deposit form. Please note that any envelope containing the photo signature form without sufficient postage will not be processed and will be destroyed.
Notice of suspension
For a licence requiring a medical opinion: a medical opinion issued by an approved GP, or by the medical committee in the case of suspensions for CEEA or CES

Log in or create an account
Once you have logged in to your space, click on:
- New application
- driving licences
- Start the Application

Start the process
- Choose the reason for your application: "I am applying for a driving licence to be printed",
- Complete the details for adult/minor, application following a licence suspension, and the reason for the licence suspension,
- Fill out the personal details and postal address & contact sections

Collect the photo signature
There are two ways to provide your photo and signature:
- Use an e-photo code (digitised photo + signature) obtained from an ANTS-authorised photographer
- Mail your passport-size photo and the submission form provided at the end of the process

Add the supporting documents

Read the summary of the procedure
- If an error is found in the summary, you can use the "Previous step" button.
- If the wrong reason is selected, the only option is to delete the application and enter a new one

Confirm the procedure
If you are not using an e-photo code, click on "Photo signature submission form"

This form should be returned with your passport-size photo by post

Track its progress in your ANTS space
Once you have logged in to your account, you can view your application in the dashboard.
