Frequently asked questions
To avoid slow service online, we recommend that you connect when traffic is low:
Monday to Friday
- 12am to 9am: low traffic
- 9am to 1pm: high traffic
- 1pm to 2pm: low traffic
- 2pm to 6pm: high traffic
- 6pm to 11pm: low traffic
Saturday to Sunday
- 12am to 10am: low traffic
- 10am to 12pm: high traffic
- 12pm to 11pm: low traffic

If you've passed, you have two options for obtaining your driving licence:
- Your driving school makes the request for you and you don't have to do anything;
- You ask on your own for your driving licence to be printed.
