Once you have passed your driving test, you need to apply for your licence to be manufactured.

You can do this for yourself, or your driving school can do it for you.

Préparer les documents à fournir

  • Proof of identity (national identity card, passport)
  • Proof of address less than six months old
  • Passport-size photo (in digital or paper format)

 

If you wish to send a passport photo in paper format: Download and send the photo-signature submission form

 

  • The driving test certificate (CEPC)
  • The ASSR2 or ASR or, failing that, a sworn statement for the purpose of issuing a first driving licence

 

  • For an application for a heavy-vehicle category, a medical opinion issued by an approved general practitioner 

 

  • For a minor or someone under legal guardianship, you will need to provide certain information about the legal representative (marital status, signature) and attach a copy of their identity document

    Log in or create an account

    Once you have logged in to your space, click on:

    • New application
    • driving licences
    • Start the Application

    Start the process
    • Choose the reason for your application: "I am applying for a driving licence to be printed",
    • Completing the details for adults/minors, passing the driving test
    • Fill out the personal details and postal address & contact sections

    Add the photo

    There are two ways to provide your photo and signature:

    • Use an e-photo code (digitised photo + signature) obtained from an ANTS-authorised photographer
    • Mail your passport-size photo and the submission form provided at the end of the process

    Add the supporting documents

    Read the summary of the procedure
    • If an error is found in the summary, you can use the "Previous step" button.
    • If the wrong reason is selected, the only option is to delete the application and enter a new one

    Confirm the procedure

    If you are not using an e-photo code, click on "Photo signature submission form"

    This form should be returned with your passport-size photo by post.

    Track its progress in your ANTS space

    Once you have logged into your space, you can view your application on the dashboard.
